This decision was not reached lightly, but through a lot of debate over the past several weeks. No matter what side of the debate you fall on concerning the reopening of businesses and activities due to the Covid-19 virus, the HOA Board was facing real challenges if we were to reopen the pool this year. Amenity Center, Sport & Volleyball, Playground Closed
At the Recommendation of State and Local Authorities in Conjunction with Shelter in Place Orders Issued by the Texas State Governor and adhering to Social Distancing Guidelines, until further notice all Playgrounds, Sports Courts and any other like Facility will be Closed.
Local Authorities are taking this matter seriously and failure to comply with any executive order issued during the COVD-19 disaster is an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000, confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days, or both fine and confinement.
In an effort to contain this Pandemic we are asking you to do your part and not congregate in the Common Areas. Access to these areas will be permitted as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may pose in the meantime, but the only intent is to ensure the Health and Safety of our Homeowners.
