Charter Spectrum – Fiber Install Project

We are reaching out on behalf of Spectrum Communications to inform you about an infrastructure improvement project within The Homeowners Association of Frisco Hills, Inc., on behalf of Spectrum.

Spectrum has an approved, funded project to build a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network in your community. This project will enhance internet speed, reliability, and overall connectivity for residents. Construction will take place within the right-of-way and utility easements throughout the neighborhood.

A map has been provided showing the seven phases into which this project has been divided. Per recent reports, Spectrum is currently in the process of beginning underground construction.
